Lynda Li
Physiotherapist
About me
Lynda completed both her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She has extensive experience working with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, and sport-related conditions. She also has advanced training in pelvic floor therapy and integrates Clinical Pilates into her practice.
Lynda became a physiotherapist out of a deep passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported in their recovery. Drawing from her background as a ballet dancer, Pilates instructor, and health researcher, she combines movement expertise with evidence-informed practice. Lynda’s approach is rooted in compassion, science, and a commitment to meeting each client where they are. She integrates manual therapy, exercise, and education to support recovery while building long-term strength, resilience, and well-being.
Outside the clinic, Lynda is also a strong advocate for accessible and equitable healthcare through her non-profit, Volentia Healthcare Translation.
