We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or a cancellation fee up full session amount may apply.

Yes — we are approved to bill WorkSafeBC and are finalizing ICBC direct billing. To confirm your coverage, please submit the required ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim forms before your appointment so we can check your approval and ensure direct billing is set up correctly.
