Jordan Hum
Physiotherapist
About me
Jordan holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
With a strong foundation in applied biomechanics, injury management, and rehabilitation, Jordan is passionate about bridging the gap between rehab and performance. He believes movement is medicine and uses a combination of targeted exercise, strength and conditioning principles, and manual therapy to reduce pain, restore mobility, and build resilience.
Jordan has worked with a wide range of clients, from recreational athletes to competitive professionals. His experience includes supporting athletes from Port Coquitlam Jr. A Hockey, Port Moody Senior Men’s Lacrosse, competitive powerlifters, and an international online community focused on pain-free living and performance. He has a particular interest in post-operative rehabilitation, especially ACL recovery, and is committed to helping individuals return to the activities they love with confidence.
