Esther Au
Physiotherapist
About me
Esther completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, where she gained valuable experience working with individuals recovering from knee and hip replacements, as well as those living with chronic pain.
She is passionate about helping people move better, recover confidently, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Drawing on her strong understanding of human movement and biomechanics, Esther empowers her clients through education and collaborative care. She believes the best outcomes come from a team-based approach, where each client’s goals and well-being remain at the center of treatment.
Esther combines personalized exercise programs, hands-on manual therapy, and education to support lasting recovery and improved function. She has pursued additional training in intramuscular stimulation (IMS) and advanced vestibular rehabilitation, including the treatment of BPPV and concussion-related dizziness.
