About me
Calvin is a massage therapy graduate with a background in kinesiology, integrating therapeutic and relaxation massage to support recovery, athletic performance, and overall wellness. He holds a Diploma in Massage Therapy from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where he earned Honor Roll and Clinical Distinction, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Calvin has clinical experience working with varsity athletes, community organizations, and families, including placements with SFU Varsity Teams, ICORD, Ronald McDonald House, and Friends for Life.
Fluent in Tagalog and English, Calvin combines a collaborative approach to treatment with evidence-informed practice and patient centered care. He emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment to help patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.
Outside of the clinic, Calvin enjoys staying active through weight training, basketball, bouldering, pickleball, hiking, and has also served as Team Captain of the UBC Dragon Boat Club.
