Christine Pang

Physiotherapist

About me

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Christine set her sights on her first bodybuilding competition—a goal that was ultimately disrupted by the pandemic. Though the competition was cancelled, the experience deepened her fascination with the human body’s strength, adaptability, and potential. This passion led her to pursue a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto.

Christine takes a holistic, client-focused approach, blending manual therapy, customized exercise programs, and evidence-based education to guide individuals toward better movement and improved quality of life.

In addition to treating musculoskeletal conditions, she has advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, supporting clients through pre-, peri-, and post-natal care. She also incorporates Clinical Pilates into her practice to help clients build core strength and body awareness.

Christine is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and looks forward to hearing your story—wherever you’re starting from.
